SO WHAT ARE THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF INTERMITTENT FASTING?

In recent years, ‘intermittent fasting’, which is preferred for keeping the body vigorous, protecting against diseases and slimming, has been applied with the logic of fasting. So, what kind of contribution does such a diet make to health?

REDUCES INSULIN RESISTANCE
