FACIAL YOGA TECHNIQUE 1

Close your mouth and blow from the bottom of the top, pressing your lips against it. Count from 1 to 10. Take the air from your mouth to the right and count to 10, then take the air to the left and count to 10 again and wait. Pass this process from one cheek to the other, do it on average 10-15 times. This muscles at the rim of the mouth works out the cheekbone.

FACIAL YOGA TECHNIQUE 2

Put your ring and pinky fingers on either side of your nose. Give your breath by pressing for 10 seconds with light pressures and do 15 repetitions. Place your index finger on either side of your eyebrows. Your thumbs should be located on the sides of your mouth. Breathe by pulling the fingers in two separate directions. Apply light pressure to keep it tense. Stand like this for about 10 seconds and release. With this movement, you will notice that your forehead and eye circles are stretched.

FACIAL YOGA TECHNIQUE 3

This exercise, called Laughing Fish, is both easy and a technique known to everyone. Breathe in your cheeks. Try to smile while trying to make a fish face with your lips. Stay like this for about 10 seconds and you can do this movement 5 times.
