WHAT IS DERMABRASION? IN WHAT CASES IS IT DONE?
The process of peeling and sanding the top layer of the skin is called dermabrasion, in other words, mechanical peeling. Dermabrasion is usually applied to relieve and correct scars, scars, pits, spots, or scars that are swollen or collapsed from inflamed cystic pimples that have healed.
In the dermabrasion method, the top layer of the skin is peeled off slowly and in a controlled manner using special diamond tips. The uppermost layer of the skin is the epidermis, and with the peeling of the superficial dermis, the body very quickly brings new tissue to these areas. An extremely taut, smooth and fresh layer of skin is obtained. Especially as a result of dermabrasion applied to the pits left by the pimples, the deep scars become more indistinct as the superficial acne scars pass. At the same time, the pores close, the spots improve, and the skin gets a more vivid and clear appearance. Dermabrasion is a procedure in Turkey that is completed at one time, but if it is considered necessary, the procedure can be repeated after a waiting period of at least 6 months.

DERMABRASION IS A PROCEDURE THAT ENSURES EFFECTIVE RESULTS
Dermabrasion is an effective procedure that allows you to eliminate seam marks, skin wrinkles, bar code lines on the lips, tattoo removal and factors that can cause deterioration of aesthetic appearance. Since the upper layer of the skin is completely peeled off and the lower layer is partially peeled off, it is possible to obtain maximum efficiency from the dermabrasion method. As a result of partial peeling of the skin on the substrate, the skin is renewed and the skin structure that the person has can be changed naturally.
Dermabrasion method depending on the width and characteristics of the area to be applied, sedation can be performed under local or general anesthesia. After applying dermabrasion, a light dressing is applied to the application area, then a lot of pomade is applied and the skin is left open or closed. After the operation, it should be expected that 2-3 days will pass to contact the skin and epithelization will be completed. Swelling, pain and various crust formations may occur at the application site. A few days after application, bathing can be started. Wounds vary from person to person, but heal on average in 5-14 days. Although the wound has a slightly pinkish color during the early healing period, this color becomes paler over time. 3-6 months, the normal skin color is restored. Autumn and winter months are considered more suitable for the application of dermabrasion. The use of sunscreen creams after application is also one of the points that should be considered.
