Dental implant treatment is applied to who, How is it done? Here, all the details.

A dental implant is a dental implant that is made of titanium into the jawbone by surgical operations to complete the location of a missing tooth in the mouth. A dental prosthesis is then placed on this titanium.

Implant dental treatment can be defined as screws with titanium components that are used to treat missing teeth and placed in the jawbone. A dental prosthesis is also placed on top of these screws. The most important advantage of Implant treatment compared to other treatments is that it does not damage neighboring teeth. Adjacent teeth do not need to be cut. The Implant is in the root function and can eat, laugh and talk quite comfortably.

Implant treatment is applied to individuals who have completed facial and jaw development and are over the age of 18. Before treatment, the suitability of the individual’s jaw structure for treatment is determined by X-rays taken. Before treatment for diabetics, it is important that the discomfort is in order. People with osteoporosis can have this treatment after receiving the appropriate treatment. People who take blood thinners should not take medications before treatment.

Implant dental treatment; mild sedation is given to the patient. Detailed X-ray and examination are required before the procedure. Measurements of the jawbone and remaining teeth are made. There are two different alternatives for the placement of Dental Implants. In a single-stage application, a temporary head is inserted immediately after the implant is inserted. In a two-stage application, immediately after the dental implant is inserted, the top is closed with the gum and left to heal. A prosthetic head is attached later. In both alternatives, a temporary bridge is placed and a healing process of three months is expected on behalf of the lower jaw and six months on the upper jaw.
