WHY DO TURKEY DENTIST DOCTORS PREFER IMPLANT INSTEAD OF BRIDGE

Those with missing teeth in their mouth used to solve their problems by building bridges… After the Implant treatment came out, the throne of the bridge prosthesis swung.

Dentists say, ” Bridge or implant in Turkey ” they’re both separate, but the implant is good,” he said.

Implants inserted like ‘nails’ in place of missing teeth threw the shoe of classic bridges into the checkers… Prof. Dr. specialist dentists including, “they would always prefer the implant for themselves.” Here are the preferences of experts….

.
TREATMENT VARIES DEPENDING ON THE PATIENT’S CONDITION…

I think first you need to make a very good diagnosis and then plan a good treatment. In my patients, I prefer an implant according to its location and a bridge according to its location. If the patient has healthy teeth on the side, front and back of the shot, of course, the implant is preferred.

We prefer bridge if there are unhealthy teeth and discoloration in front and back. If a few of the molars on the back have been removed and there are no teeth left to be used as bridge legs in the most posterior area, my treatment preference is in favor of the implant.

I would also like to point out that there is a great danger in this regard… Now, dentists all over the world have started pulling out teeth that can be saved with root canal treatment and making implants. We, as faculty, are against it. Teeth that can be saved should not be implanted!

I don’t have a bridge in my mouth right now, nor an implant, but if I were to do it, if my front and back teeth were intact, I would have an implant by shortcut.

.
BRIDGE IS MORE EFFECTIVE IF THERE IS A BRUISE…

If there are the same favorable conditions for the Implant and the bridge, it would be more accurate to choose the implant. But in some cases, there may be large caries on the teeth adjacent to the area of the missing tooth (teeth that will be used as bridge legs). If there is such a situation, choosing a bridge instead of implant surgery is a more comfortable solution for the patient.

I don’t have any bridges or implants in my mouth. I don’t even have a rotten tooth yet. If I had lost any teeth for any reason, I would definitely have preferred the implant…

.
CAN’T DO TO DIABETES PATIENTS…

The advantages of Implant and bridge are different. In order for an Implant to be made, the patient’s general health condition must be appropriate, healthy gums and bone in the jaw must be of sufficient thickness.

Implant surgery should not be performed until some health problems such as active diabetes, cancer and gum disease are resolved. Implants can also fail in people with poor oral hygiene and who smoke. The advantage of the bridge is that its cost is low compared to the implant.

I don’t use an implant or a bridge prosthesis, but I will need it in the future, and I always prefer an implant if my general health allows it.

.
ECONOMIC CHOICE IS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR…

“Implant or bridge?”there is no single answer to the question. The location of the cavity, bone structure, neighborhood to anatomical cavities, hygienic habits of the person, economic preferences and many similar situations are decided by evaluating together. If all these evaluations can be done as a result, the implant is the right choice.

.
OTHER TEETH UNTOUCHED…

As a dentist, I prefer implant treatment. In Bridge treatment, it is also necessary to interfere with the adjacent teeth in front and back of the lost tooth. In Implant treatment, it is not possible to touch other teeth.
I have one implant. For the reasons I have stated, I prefer the implant both in my own treatment and in my patients.

.
I’D DO IT IF I WAS SHORT…

The biggest known disadvantage of bridge restorations is the reduction of adjacent teeth by cutting. As a dentist, my personal choice is implant prosthesis. However, in cases such as uncontrolled diabetes, where implant placement is not appropriate, the bridge can be considered.

I don’t have any missing teeth in my mouth, but if I did, I’d prefer implants.

.
YOUR LIFE WILL STAY WITH YOU…

There is no reason why an implant prosthesis placed in a sterile environment by experienced specialists and whose superstructure is planned correctly should not continue on the road with you throughout your life.

It’s not easy to say the same about a bridge prosthesis. In cases where a bridge prosthesis is not possible, the implant gives the person a chance to use a fixed prosthesis.

I don’t have an implant or a bridge in my mouth right now. But if such a need arises in the coming years, and my health at that time allows, I prefer dental Implants.

.
STOPS BONE RESORPTION IN THE JAW…

Since our goal is not to interfere with natural tissues, we recommend implant applications to people with intact teeth. Because the implant stops bone resorption in the pulled tooth area and prevents collapses.

The oral implant in Turkey is more hygienic because it is not connected to each other like a bridge and difficult to clean, does not cause gingivitis, odor and bleeding, and has a long life. It does not need to be replaced every 5-10 years, such as a bridge. It gives a real tooth feeling as it transmits pressure to the bone during chewing.
