A SOLUTION FOR YOUR COLORED, SHORT AND INTERMITTENT TEETH IN HALF AN HOUR

Thanks to technology and digital facilities at Istanbul and Antalya hospital dentistry clinics Turkey, dental treatments no longer last for weeks. Restorations can be completed in one session, even in half an hour.

Turkey Medicals – we answered your questions about tooth discolorations and deformities that you often ask.

What is Bonding?

Bonding is a system used to reconstruct cracked, broken teeth, fill cavities, repair cavities, or reshape and color your smile. The same material used for bonding is also used for making tooth-colored fillings to create a more natural tooth appearance.

The most important difference that distinguishes bonding from coatings is that it can be done in one session without the need for a laboratory. In addition, these restorations are cheaper than veneers, as there are no laboratory costs. Restorations performed using bonding protect the tooth structure by removing less substance from the tooth, and also reduce tooth sensitivity by using it to seal the exposed root surface.

.
TEETH GRINDING CAN CORRODE

How long can bonding be used?

It depends on where the bonding is in the mouth and how well it is taken care of.

If you have had the bonding done on the tip of your front tooth where you are biting and you are biting a pencil with your front teeth or chewing your nails; this bonding restoration will not stay in your mouth for very long. Bonding can be used mostly for several years or for years with repair. Reflux and heavy alcohol use will weaken the restoration of bonding.

Teeth grinding can erode these restorations. But this wear process is the same for natural tooth enamel, metal fillings and porcelain veneers. With proper care, the bonding process is an excellent way to beautify your smile.

.
AS AGE PROGRESSES, THE COLOR BECOMES YELLOW

Why do teeth change color?

There are many factors that affect the color and appearance of your teeth. Some people’s teeth are naturally more yellow than others. For example, many blond and red-haired people have genetically yellower teeth.

Teeth can become more yellow and greyer with age. This happens as a result of the fact that over the years, the enamel of the tooth (the outer layer of the tooth that is harder and whiter) wears off, becoming more transparent and reflecting the tooth tissue (dentin) that is more yellow at the bottom. There are also many ways to discolour and stain teeth. They can be classified into two categories: internal and external coloration.

External coloration is the coloration that appears on the surface of the tooth due to the use of tea, coffee, red wine, cola, vegetable and fruit juice, multi-colored foods, and, of course, tobacco on the surface of the tooth. Internal coloration, on the other hand, consists of a color change occurring in the structure of the tooth itself. If a person uses antibiotics containing tetracycline during the teething period, dark yellow, brown bandages will form around the teeth. Excessive fluoride removal can lead to fluorosis, this problem leads to discoloration in the form of white dots that develop on the teeth. In addition, trauma to the tooth can lead to discoloration of the tooth due to nerve damage.

What is a smile refresher?

Your teeth will tell you your age if you give them the opportunity. A cosmetic smile renewal procedure can erase years from your appearance. The smile renewal process may include non-surgical arrangements, the smile can be expanded, the teeth can be whitened and the lips can be filled. The design of the smile includes the entire picture in the frame where the lips and gums aesthetically support the teeth. The focus is on the development of the whole smile.

Fixing one or two teeth is similar to renovating one or two houses on a block, making everything else look worse. Aesthetic dentistry is not based on patching, it is necessary to concentrate on the entire smile.

In some cases, this need can be eliminated with a smile design that will be done when the patient is considering face lift surgery with plastic surgery.

.
THE MIDDLE LINE SHOULD BE DETERMINED FIRST

How to understand that a person is a suitable candidate for smile renewal?

The physician should first evaluate the entire face of the patient and listen to the person’s expectations. The shape and design of the teeth of each patient should be individual, because the facial contours of each person are different, and these different features help determine the character of each person. The starting point of the smile design is to determine the midline of the face.

The middle line between the front teeth should be drawn relative to the dec line of the face. The amount of occurrence of teeth and gums varies from person to person depending on the position of speech and smile. For example, when you draw a line that crosses both corners of your mouth while laughing, you will find a young smile on the front teeth at a rate of 75-100 percent that is below this line.

He is able to create different types of smiles, even if only by changing the plane in which the edges of the teeth pass, and making the corners more even or rounded. For example, for someone who wants to look more aggressive, the teeth can be made straight without any soft folds, for someone who wants to look more cute, the front teeth can be made slightly longer than the neighboring teeth, and the canine teeth can be made slightly longer with a rounded point. A softer, more feminine look can be achieved even just by rounding sharp corners.

.
ARE BOTH SIDES OF YOUR FACE THE SAME?

Will it be like the models in the magazines after the smile renewal?

The reason why a model’s photo is so good is because their face is perfectly symmetrical. If you divide their faces in half, you will see that the right and left halves are actually the same.

Dentists in Turkey working in cosmetology often think that they make the teeth symmetrical.

But if their patient does not have a perfectly symmetrical face, they perform the wrong operation on the patient by making the teeth completely symmetrical.

.
FEEL FREE TO BRING PHOTOS WITH YOU

What steps should I take to prepare myself for smile renewal?

When you plan a smile replacement, make sure that your dentist takes enough time to understand your wishes, what you like and don’t like about your smile. Your dentist should take your digital photos, make digital imaging and prepare an aesthetic template that can be used for temporary restoration.
