Vaseline is an occlusive agent, that is, it traps moisture in the skin. Thus, it heals dry and stretched skin. Apply it to the cracks and massage for 5-10 minutes. Apply it every night before going to bed and see the results.

Dry scrub stimulates blood and lymph circulation. It also helps to eliminate toxins from the area more easily. Dry scrub improves the functionality of the sebaceous and sweat glands and removes dead skin cells. This will give you a smooth, soft and spotless skin.

For this step, you will need a body brush. Make sure that the bristles of the brush you are using are soft and natural. With circular upward movements, gently brush the affected area with a dry brush.

Attention: If you have sensitive skin, add a glass of water to a glass of apple cider vinegar. Further dilution will reduce the strength of vinegar.

BAKING SODA AND LEMON

Baking soda is known as a natural skin cleanser. Cleans damaged and dead skin cells. In the same way, lemon juice has the properties of removing stretch marks.

Mix 3 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice and 3 tablespoons of baking soda until a pasty consistency is obtained. If the consistency of the mixture is not the way you want, you can add lemon juice or baking soda as needed.
