HOW TO BECOME A HAPPY AND ENERGETIC PERSON?

Turkish Expert Psychologist, “a person who discovers his own fitrat and lives according to it, goes on the path of finding his own truth, is happy., was told. Turkey Medicals gives the information below.

.
ARE HAPPINESS AND JUN THE SAME THING?

An individual with difficult past lives or traumas; anxiety, sadness, frustration, insecurity and helplessness, such as experiencing a lot of intense emotions to get rid of the search for permanent jun and mixes these two concepts. The search for pleasure is, in fact, a tool; a person wants to feel happy at the very jun. Happiness, on the other hand, is a multi-layered state of being. In other words, jun is a short-term state of satisfaction, while happiness reflects a longer-term lifestyle and contains many other feelings and situations in it. As a jungler, the; substance-gambling-shopping-food-social media-gaming addictions, excessive sexual activity are some of these orientations. A person, sometimes consciously, sometimes unconsciously avoids coming into contact with his difficult feelings by doing these things or thinks that he will be happy. While the price can be paid as a result of gratifying orientations, happiness does not make us pay a price and generally all activities for jun jun cannot fill the gap in us.

.
WHAT IS HAPPINESS?

It is a journey that attracts the attention of philosophy, psychology, heavenly religions, sociology and many other fields and on which many definitions have been made, promised, and tried to be reached. For example, Aristotle considered happiness as a lifestyle rather than an emotion. In the field of psychology, Aristotle was the first to mention the step of self-realization, which Maslow placed on the last step of the pyramid of needs, and linked it with a happy life. In other words, both Maslow and Aristotle evaluate happiness as revealing one’s potential and living in the best possible way. In Far Eastern culture, Buddha describes happiness not as a destination, but as a state of being on the road with awareness in order to reach it.

A person who discovers his own fitrat and lives according to it, goes on the path of finding his own truth, is happy. Happiness is the meaning that an individual attributes to it. In general, I would say that it is a state of satisfaction with life and relationships.

.
HAPPINESS COMES FROM LIVING AN AWARE, LIVELY AND MOVING LIFE

So how to become happy and energetic?

1. Take awareness walks.

You can explore the street and neighborhood where you live. Observe each of its corners, plants, shops, parks, shops. Try to find out what they didn’t notice before. Repeat this every day for at least fifteen minutes. Then, you can continue by enlarging the area in the area where you live.

2. Grow plants. Grow a seed.

It is a good practice for you to plant the seed in the appropriate soil, feed it with your love and patience, and witness its gradual growth, so that you can turn into someone who is aware, patient, and connected to life.

3. You can visit the cemetery once a month.

No, you didn’t read it wrong. Accepting the existence of death allows you to reevaluate the things you hang out with, get angry, get taken away and put off. Write down how you feel there in the notebook that you have with you. If you have a life that will trigger you, don’t forget to consult a specialist first.

4. Have a thank-you book and a dream book.

Thank God, write down in your notebook what you are grateful for at the end of the day. Make a note of at least three beautiful things that happened on that day, regardless of whether it was small or large. And in the dream book, write down the dream themes that leave a mark on you or repeat them. When you open and read the notebooks at the end of each year; in fact, you will realize how many happy moments you have. Because dreams also reflect the unconscious, you can also discover a lot of things about yourself.

5. Movement is fertile. Create an exercise program that suits you at whatever time of the day you feel more energetic and fit.

It is entirely your personal choice which sport you will start in; this may be dancing; group sports where you can socialize if you think it will be good for you, if you have a specific goal, it may also be fitness individually.

6. In life, let you have values that no one can take away from you and cannot be replaced by material values.

If you’re going through this life once, which you are. Having a life purpose and values makes you stronger and happier. When you face a painful life, these values give you the energy to live and the strength to move on.

Try to apply all the substances listed above for at least 21 days, and then maintain stability. This will make you more energetic if there are no medical obstacles. In order to find your life purpose, you can take advantage of the psychotherapy in Turkey you are exploring yourself; you can read the books written on the subject.
