ARE HAPPINESS AND JUN THE SAME THING?

HAPPINESS COMES FROM LIVING AN AWARE, LIVELY AND MOVING LIFE
So how to become happy and energetic?
1. Take awareness walks.
You can explore the street and neighborhood where you live. Observe each of its corners, plants, shops, parks, shops. Try to find out what they didn’t notice before. Repeat this every day for at least fifteen minutes. Then, you can continue by enlarging the area in the area where you live.
2. Grow plants. Grow a seed.

5. Movement is fertile. Create an exercise program that suits you at whatever time of the day you feel more energetic and fit.

6. In life, let you have values that no one can take away from you and cannot be replaced by material values.
