OMEGA-3 FOR ACNE

We’ve been hearing a lot about collagen supplements lately. What do you think about this?

Symptoms of fatigue and old age on our face occur with a decrease in the amount of collagen. The supplements you mentioned are therefore very useful; they give moisture to the skin, strengthen the hair, protect the intestinal wall and reduce the predisposition to skin diseases. Collagen supplements can be taken for three months in two cures per year to reduce collagen loss. It is also useful to eat collagen-rich meat, chicken, fish, bone broth and eggs, and consume yellow, red, purple, green leaf vegetables and fruits rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, which promote collagen production from the inside.

In your book’ 50 Ways to look young and beautiful, ‘ you also describe the benefits of omega-3.

Yes; acne, blemishes, acne rosase, dryness, tenderness and eczema problems are useful for those who take omega-3. For this consume walnuts, flaxseed, green vegetables and oily fish.

.
WHAT SHOULD WE DO FOR HEALTHY SKIN?

Choose creams that are suitable for the structure of the skin, as well as sunscreen, antioxidants, vitamins and peptides. Alcohol, cigarettes and sugar are the enemy of our faces. Also avoid flour, frying and additives, drink plenty of water. Regular exercise also contributes to clear facial contours, keeping bones and muscles healthy. Facial yoga and facial massage are useful. Alcohol, cigarettes and sugar are the enemy of our faces.

It’s spring, what problems can there be on the skin at the end of the season?

Complaints of those with sensitive faces may increase, there may be excessive redness, a feeling of tension and skin shedding. It is important to protect the skin from the sun, to use soothing dermocosmetic creams, and not to over-wash and dry the face. It is also necessary to avoid a diet that will stimulate allergies and a good sleep pattern.

.
WHAT PROBLEMS CAN MEN HAVE?

Redness and dandruff are seen in the scalp, face and chest area. Dandruff should be used in effective shampoos, lotions and moisturizers for the face. They can mix a teaspoon of carbonate powder with a teaspoon of coconut oil and massage the scalp, leave for 10 to 30 minutes and wash.

Can you recommend a care cure, especially for this season?

Oily skin can last on their face at night by dripping 1 to 3 drops of lemon oil into sunflower oil. If you are mixed skin, mix sunflower oil and grape seed oil, add 2-3 drops of Nigella oil and apply overnight. If you have very dry and acne-free skin, you can mix coconut oil and pumpkin seed oil and then add 2-3 drops of cantaron oil and rub it on your face.

Can we also get suggestions from you for those who have no interest or time in preparing special mixtures?

The simplest thing we can do at home is rub a piece of fruits such as apricots, grapes or Kiwis on our face and leave for 10 minutes and rinse. Fruits contribute to the shine of the skin with the vitamins, minerals and fruit acids they contain. When we make rice rice, we can rub the water of the rice that we hold on our faces like a tonic. Add 2-3 drops of lemon juice and a little olive oil to the yogurt juice and leave the mixture on our face again for 20 minutes. It is a beautiful formula for luminous skin.
