SHE WENT TO A BEAUTY CENTER IN ANTALYA AND HAD A NIGHTMARE

SS, a business woman who suffered burns and blemishes on her face at a beauty salon where she went for a skin recovery procedure after her announcement on social media in Antalya, got rid of her burns by 60 percent with dermapen and collagen-containing products in a health center.

The 40 year-old mother of 2 children, SS, who lives in the Muratpaşa district of Antalya, 8 months ago saw an advertisement for a beauty salon page from her Social media page.

A young woman who studied the photos on this page and was deceived by the ad made her way to one of these halls to have a skin recovery operation. Here, allegedly, the salon owner took a wrong action while arguing with his lover, and SS suffered burns to her face, blisters occurred.

After that, a 1.5-month process began to heal SS’s face. But seeing no improvement in her face, SS then went to another salon on advice. Here, too, she was treated for spots left over from the other place.

The young woman’s face got worse this time. SS, who experienced victimization in both halls, asked for a refund of the fees she gave when her face became worse in the hall where she went to become beautiful. SS, who spent 8 thousand pounds on salons, paid 2 thousand pounds extra outside in serums and medicines.

A young woman who could not get the fee, despite paying 10 thousand pounds in total, and also lost her beauty, made an effort for 8 months to restore her face. SS, who said at the end of the month that she is now reconciled with mirrors, noted that she uses creams that she receives at home, as well as dermapen and collagen applications at the health center. SS stressed that she did not go outside without applying sunscreen.

I’ve done a lot of procedures, I’m applying them myself

SS, who said that her face did not fully improve, said: “My Face has not improved yet. I’m using foundation and concealer right now, so it’s not obvious, but there’s some more. It’s been about 8 months the event live. I’ve done a lot of procedures, I’m doing them myself. That’s all we’ve been able to fix, and hopefully I’ll fix it even more. It was about 9 months, what the doctor said in the hospital report when the first incident happened. All women know that in such procedures, the stain does not pass easily. It takes a long process. It’s been 8 months now,” she said.

I prefer the hospital environment

SS, who said that she now prefers the hospital environment, said: “First of all, I prefer hospitals. After 2 years, I started not trusting social media. I left because there were a lot of followers. It’s summer right now, so you definitely shouldn’t go out without sunscreen. Mine has become a problematic skin. I didn’t even have acne before. I’m getting pimples. Because the spots are so deep, I use a lot of products for sunscreen, moisturizer, extra spots,” she said.

It’s hard not to see and be fooled by skin care centers

SS, who said that it is necessary to do research without going to skin care centers, said: “it is very difficult to see skin care centers on social media and not be fooled. A person suddenly falls under his spell. I had no problem when I left. I went that way, I suffered those pains, I suffered financial losses. Of course, I went from research to research, this can now be done in hospital settings, I learned after these events,” she said.

I made peace with mirrors

SS, who said that she is now making peace with mirrors, said: “Thank god I have made peace with mirrors. My pain has subsided. At first I had a lot of pain, pains, medication. Thank god I got over it. I hope that others will not experience what I have experienced,” she said.
