WHAT IS AN ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR?

In my previous article, I declared that I was thinking of sharing some of my ideas about Associate Professor exams. However, the handling of this issue was delayed due to the need to express the problems that may arise in the future related to TUS preferences, which require urgent solutions.

Now, I would like to bring up a few issues related to the docentship and the docentship tests.

Master’s and doctoral degrees are very easy to achieve in the conditions of our country, they usually lose their old seriousness, wherever they are, using various alternative ways, internal and external(!) because it can be presented, I believe it is necessary to follow more serious strategies to gain this “Associate Professor”  which is no longer irreversible.

As a matter of fact, the associate professor, to every passerby, fabricated, copycat, far from seriousness, repetition of the old, even the researcher of the data laughing under the moustache, kerameti self-Securities, “The Blind are deaf, welcome each other.” inflated by its axis, offering no new thought or solution, repeated, penned with the cunning of the song, its author(!) articles published in journals whose science and seriousness are controversial(!) is not a paye that can be applied with.

An associate professor exam in Turkey asks questions that the candidate in the specialty test and even a medical school student can answer, and even for this reason, waving his hand unprepared, saying: “Let’s go like this, maybe a signal from somewhere (!) does it come, “Is not a test entered with the thought. It should not be…

Each Professor hardware Title less than the candidates is, what knowledge, skills and experience of the exam compared with yours not to accept, to produce, being active, being prepared to be malicious or negative they came, and not to know the answer to his question himself to be appointed as a member of the jury is not an exam.

An Turkish Associate professor, science irreversible marathon, to hold the summit, a distinction is usually reputable academic won the floor, and the necessary knowledge, skills and achieve the level that shouldn’t apply to those who, at least what they need to know his limits, that need to be mulled over whether or not you’re worthy of shimmy a little bit about that, and for these reasons, it is a title that should not be distributed to everyone.

Associate professor is not an “academic title”that does not produce on the international platform, constantly consumes, is doomed to import science and technology, carries water to the mill of Win-Win policies, “let my work work” is not an “academic title” that will be deposited with the owners of the mindset.

Again, in this corner, many articles on the structuring, organization, academic and administrative appointment, upgrade of universities and faculties and the principles to be followed in these matters have been published by me. For some reason, the voices and Breath of those who need to do something do not come out.

But I’ll do my duty again, maybe someone will think about it and read it, take their chin between their hands and think about it. Creates a solution, puts it into operation. And I said, “I also have salt in the soup!” I can be a customer in my heart by saying.
