7 WAYS TO SLOW DOWN AGING

”Our aging rate is related to our lifestyle, not our calendar age,” said Anti-Aging and Biochemistry Turkish Specialist Doctor stated that it is possible to look younger and more energetic at an older age.

Aging is one of the natural and inevitable periods of the human life…. but today, with an extended life span, the quest to pass this process healthy and vigorous continues. Turkey Medicals member and JCI hospital Biochemistry and Anti Aging Expert who stated that we can reduce our aging rate with the changes you will make in our lifestyle, explained the ways to attract biological age to ages younger than calendar years.

.
1- CORRECT YOUR CELLULAR OXYGEN DEFICIENCY

Oxygen must be able to go to each cell sufficiently and the cell must be able to use this oxygen correctly. The reasons why oxygen cannot reach the cell sufficiently can be listed as follows:

Smoking: Smoking reduces the oxygen passing from the lung to the blood.

Problems with breathing: We must first put sleep apnea on this list. The speed at which sleep apnea ages you competes with smoking and even exceeds it. During apnea, your oxygen level may drop to the 80s at times when your breathing stops, instead of the 96 and higher level that it should normally be. This is a real moment of suffocation for the body. Sleep apnea and snoring are more common in overweight people. You should not object at all and start wearing the devices used for apnea. If there is a deviation in the nose, you will have breathing problems again. You should have him treated. Allergic bodies may have a stuffy nose. If you can not identify the substances to which you are allergic, you can support yourself by reducing, in particular, dairy products. You can sleep by wearing bands that open the nose.

Panic attack: There may also be superficial and frequent breathing in this condition. Be careful if you hold your breath during the day. If so, try to stay calm and take deep breaths.

.
2- BE AT A HEALTHY WEIGHT

Being at a healthy weight, as you think, is not a condition that is only detected at the weigh-in. The issue is where unwanted fats are stored in your area. Although your weight may seem normal, if you have internal organ lubrication, you are not in ideal conditions. To find out if you have internal organ lubrication, you should check the lubrication in your waist area and abdomen. Waist circumference of 88 cm and above in women, waist circumference of 102 cm and above in men indicates that there is an internal organ lubrication. Aim to get at least 20 percent below these inches. The first thing you will do for this is to take dinner early and lighten its contents. The easiest way to lose weight is to have finished dinner at 17.00. By the way, we don’t go to the weigh-in, we take measurements dec tape measure.

.
3- REDUCE THE HARM FROM SUGAR

It is called ‘sweet poison’ for sugar. But what kind of candy can you say? Of course, we are talking about processed white sugar, sugar in processed flours, ready-made desserts and instant drinks. We briefly call these foods simple carbohydrates. The more simple carbohydrates we eat, the faster we will age. If you say why, these foods have a high capacity to break down our body’s proteins. In our skin, joints, brain, in short, there is an unhealthy interaction between some proteins in our entire body and dec sugar from these foods. This chemical event, whose medical name is glycation, does not return once it happens. So every time you eat these foods, you will see irreversible protein damage. There are residues called AGE that age you quickly. The abbreviation AGE, just like its name, is AGE-Ing, that is, aging, is the cause of aging. Even a wrinkle on your skin is a sign of this condition. AGE-related foods and foods that cause internal organ lubrication and thicken your waist are the same group. So, we should add to our diet plan the goal of pulling dinner early and removing processed carbohydrates. Even that much goes a long way towards keeping you young.

.
4- GET MOVING

The importance of exercise is emphasized many times, but my goal here is to encourage you to be a little more mobile. You don’t need to go to the gym, you just need to add walking outdoors to your life.

.
5- SET YOUR BODY CLOCK

The decadence between the circadian clock (biological clock or body clock) and the external clock is the topic that ages you the fastest. The circadian clock is tuned to the sun. Waking up with the sun, not being exposed to the bright light of electronics after sunset is the simplest internal clock adjustment you can make. You can aim to reduce looking at the screens of electronics that we missed the setting for in the pandemic for a very long time. It is very enough to just look at it during the day and not even look at it during the night hours, when the sun is not normally. Remember that our natural circadian 24-hour internal clock is completely written in our genes and tuned to the sun. Although you may not see the negative effects on your health immediately as you become stubborn, make sure that this condition ages you very quickly.

.
6- BE IN BED AT 23.00

The most important point of circadian clock adjustment is to start the day with the sun and end the day with sufficient darkness. In order not to disrupt our melatonin hormone production, which begins at 21:00, we should never look at electronics, especially at this time. It is necessary to replace the bright lights in the house with lamps that give off yellow-red light. They should also not be bright. And at 23:00 we have to go to sleep in our full dark room. These are essential for producing healthy melatonin. If there is light, there is no melatonin. If there is no melatonin, there is no health. Melatonin is not just about sleep. The presence of melatonin is an antioxidant. Melatonin is an anti-cancer. Melatonin reduces dementia, inflammation. The best source for melatonin is our own melatonin production. For this, the first condition is to sleep in a dark room with little light after 21.00 and at 23.00. Every late night you go to bed, you miss all the support of melatonin.

.
7- MANAGE YOUR STRESS

Remember that the stress hormones that we produce in every stressful situation disrupt your recovery, regeneration and rejuvenation process. In this case, everyone can find a way out for themselves. Whatever helps you feel good, such as yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, being in nature, getting a pet, hobbies, you can bring it to life.
