FOOD TO AVOID BEFORE AND AFTER THE IMPLANTS IN TURKEY

A dental implant, defined as an artificial tooth root inserted into the jawbone, is often preferred recently because it is the type of prosthesis that best imitates natural teeth. But in order for this implant treatment to succeed, it is also necessary to pay attention to some things after surgical procedures. So, what should be considered after having an implant? What to eat after the Implant, what not to eat? What to do to make the implant boil? Dentist Miray in Antalya Memorial and Devlet Hastanesi told.

During the recovery period after Implant treatment, it is recommended to stay away from some foods in Turkey and try to consume some more.

Some of the Turkish home made traditional, and hand food on the eastern border in Kars, Diyarbakır, Van, Sirnak, Hakkari, Siirt, Gaziantep, Adana, southern Mersin, Antalya can be tasty, so should that come between your teeth such as acidic drinks, very cold/hot foods, spicy foods, crusty cookies, popcorn, are some of the foods and drinks in Turkey, one should avoid during the healing period.

During this period, it is important to take care of nutrition for a few months. During this time, which is the period of fusion of the titanium implant into the jawbone, it is necessary to consume soft foods that are not hot or cold. Thus, the stability of the implant is not damaged.

Soft foods such as Turkish yogurt, cheese, soups, juices, meatballs, milk, custard and the inside of bread can be consumed at room temperature.

Since foods are restricted in nutrition, vitamin and mineral needs can be met from fruits such as freshly squeezed fruit juices, Alanya kiwis, apples, Belek strawberries, Finike grapefruit and oranges in Antalya Turkey.
